WE attended the South by Southwest event this year in Austin for the first time..On Tuesday there was a convergence day where those attending the interactive meetings and those coming in for the music meetings could attend joint panels..
And the music after 8 pm was amazing all week.
Some of the panels that were ones I attended included Curation..Who will keep track of all of the information overload. And services like Newsy that are now out there doing that for you daily.
Internet radio, why is it not dying in fact it is growing... on the panel were speakers from Iheart radio and Samsung which just annouced a new service called Milk.
Bad ass concert marketing..pack the ------------ room... a good panel with the director of Booking for AEG, Square peg concerts and Nederlander concerts
And my favorite..NIght of the living dead..the grateful dead and EDM... The event is one of the best for meeting with and networking across all channels of our business.
