The Washington Convention and Sports Authority t/a Events DC (“Events DC”) is soliciting proposals
from qualified contractors to furnish, install, program, and test a complete Digital IP Surveillance
Camera System and Supporting Network Equipment at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.
This RFP has a thirty-five percent (35%) set-aside for Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) as
required under the provisions of “The Small and Certified Business Enterprise Development and
Assistance Amendment Act of 2014” (the “Act”), effective June 10, 2014.
