The International Crowd Management Conference, November 6 - 9, Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX, delivers essential training, skills and the recognition needed to provide your guests a safe and memorable experience.
“When we hire, we look for people who are passionate about their profession and a willingness to continue to learn and grow. ICMC provides those learning opportunities along with identifying someone as a trained professional in guest services through their successful completion of the Guest Services Professional program,” said Antony Bonavita, CFE, Vice President, Facility Operations, Cavaliers Operating Company, LLC, Cleveland, OH.
The Guest Services Professional (GSP) program provides fundamental education, advanced programs and training in the areas of crowd management, staff training, emergency preparedness, guest services and applicable codes and regulations.
A GSP designation is earned by completing a three-year curriculum, which may be fulfilled consecutively or intermittently, at ICMC and successfully passing a final exam.
