The position reports to a volunteer Board of Directors and is responsible for managing a staff of 20 at the headquarter offices in Dallas/Ft Worth, TX, with four additional contracted services or staff supporting programs or projects located throughout the country.
The ideal candidate, preferably from the venue management or non-profit association field, will be a senior level executive manager with successful track record of results and accomplishments; excellent leadership, organizational development, communication and strategic abilities to lead and grow the association.
