The International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) Board of Directors today announced the appointment of Vicki Hawarden, CMP as President and Chief Executive Officer. Hawarden replaces Dexter King, CFE, who announced his plans to retire in late 2010. The appointment becomes effective August 15, 2011.
