BUILDING FAÇADE, RETAIL KIOSK AND PUBLIC-AREA AMENITY CONSTRUCTION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP)

The Washington Convention and Sports Authority (t/a Events DC) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide General Contractor Services to develop and build façade, retail kiosk and

public-area amenity construction surrounding the Walter E. Washington Convention Center.

This Request for Proposals (RFP) has a thirty-five percent (35%) set-aside for certified Small Business Enterprise (SBE) Offerors under the provisions of the “Small and Certified Business Enterprise Development and Assistance Amendment Act of 2014” (the “Act”) (D.C. Law 20-108; D.C. Official Code § 2-218.01 et seq.)
