I am a performing arts leader with a background in venue operations and nonprofit governance. My work focuses on building clear systems, strengthening organizational structure, and supporting long-term institutional sustainability.
At the Adrienne Arsht Center, I oversee multi-venue operations including guest services, parking and transportation systems, public safety coordination, and ancillary revenue strategy. I work closely with senior leadership to align operational planning with programming demands, revenue performance, and long-term institutional priorities. I value cross-department collaboration, practical problem solving, and disciplined execution.
As Founder of Marquee Consulting Group, I advised arts organizations on front-of-house strategy, staffing structure, training development, and operational readiness, including work with the DeVos Institute and Seraphic Fire during a period of sector-wide disruption.
I currently serve as President of the Board of Trustees for the Greater Miami Youth Symphony, where I lead strategic planning initiatives and partner with executive leadership on governance alignment, fiscal oversight, and donor engagement strategy.
As both an arts administrator and a classically trained musician, I approach leadership with an understanding of the artistic process alongside the operational systems required to support it.
