  • Working with stadiums, arenas, convention centers and large food, wine and music festivals with attendance per day of 25,000 or more to capture more net revenues since 1993. Renewed agreements with four of the largest ten fairs in the United States to manage the food and beverage reporting system. Currently working on bringing the system to two large music festivals and also looking at cashless solutions. Creating new ways to allow event customers to pay without using cash via RFID, mobile phone and other payment options. Food and beverage consulting since 1993 working with venues to increase revenues from sales to customers via improved signage, menus and product mix. Successful major gifts director for a $4.2 million dollar Food Bank Warehouse campaign in Clark County..New building opened January 3,2012. . Continue my work on hunger issues and serve on board for local agency. Still working on a few projects around geofencing and mobile food ordering at venues. Ended full time consulting in 2019.
