The selected firm shall be responsible for providing exclusive food and beverage sales and services including catering, concessions, and operation of a Starbucks™ retail outlet for the Phoenix Convention Center, Symphony Hall, and the Orpheum Theatre.The RCS will be available between February 22, 2018 and March 1, 2018 approximately. There will be a mandatory pre-offer conference on March 8, 2018.
