Bio

Herb Garman is the Director of Operations for the Robert and Margrit Mondavi Center for the Performing Arts. Previously he served as the Director for the Val A. Browning Center for the Performing Arts and instructor for the Weber State University Department of Performing Arts, the Associate Director for the Center for Dramatic Art and an instructor in the graduate and undergraduate theatre program at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, the Assistant Production Manager and Director of Education and Outreach with PlayMakers Repertory Company, Operations Assistant with the Yale School of Drama and as the Safety Coordinator for the Glimmerglass Opera Company. Mr. Garman has a MFA in Theatre with an emphasis in technical production and management from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a BS from Northern Michigan University. He is a past member of IATSE.
