The Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center Authority will receive sealed proposals for:

Event Security Services RFP

This will be for the use of the Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center Authority, Birmingham, Alabama.

The Birmingham-Jefferson Civic Center Authority, 2100 Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. North, Birmingham, Alabama will receive proposals from qualified firms that specialize in providing crowd management services for events, on or before Thursday, July 6, 2017. Proposals shall be clearly identified on the exterior of the package with the proposer’s name, address, and the name of the project being proposed.

A copy of this Request for Proposal package is available at the above address or on our website: www.bjcc.org (under Jobs & Vendor Opportunities – Open Bids section). There is no charge for downloading proposal documents.

Proposals may be sent to Sharon Proctor, Purchasing Coordinator, Birmingham-Jefferson Convention Complex, Event Security Services RFP, 07/06/17, 2100 Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd. N, Birmingham, AL 35203. Sealed proposals shall be submitted in triplicate and shall be properly identified.

A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be conducted on Thursday, June 22, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. Proposers shall meet at the Forum Building, Meeting Room “M”, located at 950 22nd Street North, Birmingham, Alabama.
